Peanuts - Nutrient-Rich: Peanut butter is a good source of protein, healthy fats, vitamins (like E and B vitamins), and minerals (such as magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus).

Almond flour / ground almond is made from ground sweet almond. Its rich in vitamin E and other antioxidants. It's also an excellent source of: Manganese. Magnesium

Coconut oil - used in moderation in our products known to have Has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties.

Cocoa 55% Dark Chocolate - We use real chocolate in all of our products thats fully vegan!

Gluten free oats - Oats provide a good source of soluble fibre, which can maintain a healthy gut and may help to treat high cholesterol and keep blood sugars stable. They are also a great source of antioxidants, and high in iron and folate

Aquafaba - Chickpea juice is a versatile, vegan-friendly egg substitute that can whip, emulsify, and thicken in recipes. It’s low-calorie, cholesterol-free, allergen-friendly.

Chicory fibre - Extracted from the Chicory Root plant, our fibre syrup adds a delicate sweetness to our products while also providing them with plenty of gut healthy prebiotic fibre.

Agave - Agave Syrup is produced from Agave plants grown in Mexico. Its the perfect sweetener to use for our products as its suitable for vegans and it requires alot less than regular sugar due to it being much sweeter
